Material Loan Rule
In order to use the material loan service, it is necessary to identify yourself by presenting a driver’s license, passport, or any other valid form of identification. The first time this service is used, you will fill out a registration form.
Books and audiovisual material may be checked out for 30 days and can be renewed for the same amount of time if they have not been requested by another user.
The maximum number of materials that may be checked out at a time is ten items.
Reference works (dictionaries, encyclopedias etc.) are not available for check out.
Items may be renewed in person, by phone or by email.
Loss or damage of materials will result in replacement or equal monetary value by the user.
Materials may be loaned through the mail; costs to return the materials should be payed by the user or the institution, school, district, or university to which the user belongs.
